¶1The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that his application before the Additional Registrar/Additional Housing Commissioner U.P. Housing and Development Board Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh for cancelling the resolution nos. 3 and 4, dated

15.11.2022, expelling the petitioners from the general body of the Cooperative Society is pending and no decision is being taken by the Additional Registrar on the aforesaid application.

¶2Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Registrar/Additional Housing Commissioner U.P. Housing and Development Board Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh to decide the application of the petitioners in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
