According to the petitioner number of illegalities and irregularities have been committed by the Gram Pradhan, Respondent no. 5 of Village Ekdangi, Post Kohargaddi, District Kushi Nagar. He submits that though on various occasions, this issue has been raised before the Authority concerned but nothing has been done. Learned counsel for the State submits that the concerned Gram Pradhan has not been arrayed as a respondent and as such this petition is not maintainable. He further submits that let petitioner approach the District Magistrate, who shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a detailed complaint before the concerned Collector apprising him about the factual aspects of the case and in turn the Collector shall look into the matter in accordance with law.
