¶1Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant writ petition be dismissed as not pressed as the plot in dispute is recorded as chak road in the revenue records, as such, he will file appropriate petition in respect to removal of illegal encroachment over the plot in dispute.

¶2In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed but with liberty to file a fresh petition.
