Hon'ble Manoj Bajaj,J. Grievance of the petitioners is that the pass-port applied for is not being issued in their favour. Learned counsel for petitioners states that status tracker report gave out that the police verification report was not clear and therefore, the application of the petitioners was under review at the Regional Passport Office. He states that if any adverse report is there then it should be furnished to the petitioners, so that they can give their explanation. Sri Dharmendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for Union of India states that application of the petitioners was being looked into and the same shall be disposed of at an early date.
