¶1Personal affidavit of S.D.M. and instructions filed by learned Standing Counsel today are taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶3The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the Case No. nil of 2023 (Sanjay Kumar Versus Gram Sabha village Chirkihit, Pargana Devgaon, Tehsil Lalganj, District-Azamgarh through its Pradhan) pending before learned court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, Azamgarh within the time as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel stated on the basis of affidavit filed that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which were pending, has been decided by order dated 26.10.2023.

¶5No further orders are required to be passed in the matter as the grievance of the petitioner has been met with.

¶6In case the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
