1.Heard Shri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2By means of the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated

12.03.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0093 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Crossing Republic, District Ghaziabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
