¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 08.10.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0194 of 2023, under Sections-147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 302 I.P.C., Police Station-Jafarabad, District-Jaunpur.

3.The FIR alleges offence under Section-302 I.P.C., which is a heinous offence. This Court is not even inclined to entertain this writ petition.
