¶1Heard Shri Wahid Jamal holding brief of Shri Syed Irfan Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Dinesh Kumar Verma, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 and Shri Krishna Kant Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha-respondent No. 4.

¶2Shri K.K. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gaon Sabha on the basis of written instructions received by him from the Sub Divisional Officer, Sikandra Rao, states that the restoration applications against the orders dated 16.03.2012 and

2.11.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer are pending for consideration.

¶3After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition at this stage and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid restoration applications pending before the Sub Divisional Officer.
