The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Execution No. 120 of 2022, under Section 128 Cr.P.C. (Hasina @ Guddi vs. Mohd. Saleem), Police Station Maharajganj, District Jaunpur, arising out of Case No. 12 of 2021, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Offence Against Women/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 37, Jaunpur, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
