¶1Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A for the State-respondents.

¶2The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 649 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 & 498-A IPC and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Etah, Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
