¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner claims to have been working as Head Constable, Dial No.112 project of the Civil Police since 2016 and therefore, deserves to be repatriated to his parent department of PAC.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the attachment/transfer/deputation to Dail 112 project was only for a period of one year under the order dated 23.11.2016. He submits that in the above regard he has already approached the authority concerned by making a representation on 16.01.2023 which has remained pending consideration till date. Further, he has placed reliance upon an order of this Court passed in Writ A No.566 of 2023 in which in identical set of facts seeking respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders, direction has been issued.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above request.

¶5In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2, namely, Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik) D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow to consider the claim of the petitioner for repatriation to P.A.C. and take a final decision in respect thereof within a period of six weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order.
