The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Case No. 517 of 2012, arising out case Crime No. 922 of 2011, under Section 420 IPC and 3/4 Gambling Act, Police Station Kasna, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Gautam Buddh Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of ten months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
