¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the first informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2The instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated

16.07.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.0207 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Sarai Khawaja, District-Khawaja.

¶3The first information report also alleges manipulation in revenue records. These allegations contain the ingredients of a cognizable offence. Such an FIR cannot be quashed.

¶4Therefore, prayer of the petitioner to quash the First Information Report is completely misconceived and is rejected.
