¶1Case called out. No body is present on behalf of the petitioner.

¶2On 02.11.2023, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, case was put up for today.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.05.2018 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.4249 of 2017 Computerized Case No.T-2017111717014249 (Land Management Committee Vs. Lal Singh), under Section 67 UPLR Act."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel as well as leaned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha have raised a preliminary objection that against the order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filling an appeal.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
