¶1Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav holding brief of Sri Syed Mohd. Khalid, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The Counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. The criminal history of the applicant has been duly explained. The applicant is in custody since 17.09.2023.

¶3Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.
