No. 0098 of 2022 dated 07.10.2022 lodged by Raghvendra Singh, under sections 323, 504 IPC, Police Station Shankargarh, District Prayagraj, under section 155(2) Cr.P.C. passed by the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 18 of 2022 Allahabad (Raghvendra Singh Vs. Dharmendra Singh) for cognizance and submission of charge sheet against accused persons, within stipulated period as directed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the an application u/s 155(2) Cr.P.C. was moved by the informant which was disposed of by the trial court on 17.11.2022 and the S.H.O., Saharanpur was directed to carry out the investigation relating to the aforesaid NCR, thereafter a complaint was uploaded on portal of Police Department to know about the investigation which reveals that the investigation is still pending. Perusal of record goes to show investigation is still going on, therefore, no direction seems to be required to be given to the trial court.
