¶1None is present on behalf of the the applicants to press the instant application.

¶2Sri Pravesh Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Manish Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.

¶3The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order dated

07.12.2007, passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, in Case No. 1995 of 2007 (Mahesh vs. Suneel and Others), u/S 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., P.S.,- Dadri, District-Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar.

¶4In this matter, on 18.11.2008, notices were issued to opposite party no.2 and further proceedings were stayed and the interim order lastly extended on 16.07.2010. On last occasion also i.e.,

13.12.2023, none was present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application. Therefore, this matter was directed to be listed as peremptorily today. However, today also, none is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application.
