¶1Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 166 of 2023, under Sections 3, 5(1) of The Uttar PRadesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Chandpur, District Fatehpur.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted that petitioner has been arrested in this case and also he has been bailed out.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents also submitted that petitioner herein has already been arrested and also he has been bailed out in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
