This Court on 27.09.2021 while granting order in Application U/S 482 No.15686 of 2021 had passed the following order:- "Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 31.07.2021 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Ballia Sadar, District-Ballia in Case No. 63 of 2020 under Sections 145 and 146 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Gadwar, District-Ballia whereby the learned Magistrate directed to the Station House Officer, Police Station-Gadwar, District-Ballia to attach the property in question i.e. joint property in which applicant is co-sharer and appoint receiver under Section 146 Cr.P.C. till deciding the title of land in question by the competent court with an alternative prayer to stay the further proceedings of the above mentioned case. As prayed, list in the week commencing 8.11.2021. Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 63 of 2020 under Sections 145 and 146 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Gadwar, District-Ballia shall be kept in abeyance." According to the instructions, the opposite party on 28.10.2021 had passed an order and kept proceedings under Section 145, 146 of Cr.P.C. in abeyance. As the order of this Court has been complied with, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
