The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gangaram, involved in Case Crime No. 17 of 2021, under sections-363, 366, 376 IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, Police Station-Sumerpur, District-Hamirpur. Sri Sujan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that his client is not responding despite repeated information sent to him. Therefore, he has no instructions in this case. This court finds that applicant was enlarged on interim bail by order dated

28.02.2023. He was granted interim bail for six months, which was extended thrice but he has not responded. It is not known whether applicant has settled his dispute with the victim or not. Therefore, interim bail dated 28.02.2023 granted to the applicant is hereby cancelled. Bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. The applicant shall be taken into custody forthwith.
