¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial court for expeditious decision of the application 6C dated

8.1.2021 filed by the plaintiff-petitioner in Original Suit No. 49 of 2021 (Jahan Singh and others Versus Manoj Kumar Chaudhary).

¶3It appears that the aforesaid original Suit No.49 of 2021 was filed by the petitioner and five others against the defendant-respondent before the court of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Mathura, seeking a decree of cancellation of sale deed and permanent injunction. The aforesaid suit was filed on

12.1.2021. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his application for temporary injunction 6C is not being decided.

¶4Under the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of without entering into the merits of the case with a request to the trial court to endeavour to decide the application 6C without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
