27.2.1981, the respondent no.5 was disturbing the petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners states that petitioners had also brought to the notice of the District Magistrate, the decree which was passed in favour of the petitioner's father yet no help was being given from the State. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that District Magistrate, Ghazipur may look into the application which the petitioners have filed on 26.9.2023 and pass suitable orders on it within a period of one month.
