¶2Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents is present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 2.2.2022, registered at Case Crime No.38 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 376, 377 IPC & 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Transport Nagar, District Meerut.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.60 of 2022 has been forwarded on 8.3.2022 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
