¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of Case No.1378 of 2021 (Intzar Ansari Vs. Nagama Parveen) pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Varanasi to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia.

¶3Learned counsel for the opposite party states that he has no objection if the Case No.1378 of 2021 (Intzar Ansari Vs. Nagama Parveen) pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Varanasi is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia.

¶4In view of the consent given by the learned counsel for the opposite party, the Case No.1378 of 2021 (Intzar Ansari Vs. Nagama Parveen) pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Varanasi is transferred to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia.

¶5The Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi is directed to remit the record of Case No.1378 of 2021 (Intzar Ansari Vs. Nagama Parveen) to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia for its disposal.
