¶1The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the court below i.e., Additional District & Sessions Judge Court No.7 Moradabad to decide the Rent Control Appeal No.16 of 2017 (Om Prakash vs. Smt. Rekha Rani & others) within stipulated period.

¶2In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the private-respondents.

¶3It is argued that the matter is pending for consideration before the court below last 5 years and till date no decision has been taken in the matter.

¶4Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid matter in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
