¶1The present petition has been filed inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Judge Small Court, Prayagraj to decide the P.A. Case No. 18 of 2014 (Smt. Meena Devi and others vs. Smt. Baby and others) under Section 21 of U.P. Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent And Eviction) Act, 1972, expeditiously.
¶2Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly argued by the counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners that the matter has already been decided, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
