¶1Heard Sri Dinesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, the learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 03.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 371 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 506 IPC, Police Station Rudrapur, District Deoria.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that charge-sheet bearing no. 342 of 2023 forwarded on 22.09.2023 was submitted against accused-Akash Nishad u/s 363 I.P.C. and against accused Sudama Nishad under section 506 I.P.C. whereas section 366 I.P.C. has been deleted in this case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
