¶2Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents is present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.5.2022, registered at Case Crime No.0284 of 2022, under Sections 307, 504, 120-B IPC & Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur.

¶4Learned A.G.A. pointed out that the charge-sheet no.292 of 2022 has been forwarded on 20.8.2022 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
