¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.

¶2The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 03.06.2023 giving rise to Case Crime No.011 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Sant Kabir Nagar.

¶3On the basis of instructions received learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation the police has filed the charge sheet dated

2.8.2023 against the petitioners No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8 and so far as petitioners No.6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 a closure report has been submitted.
