¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 01.05.2023 as well as the proceedings pursuant thereto registered as D202312610001240, under Section 3(1) U.P. Control of Goonds Act, P.S. Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 132 of 2023 has been filed on 28.02.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
