¶1Heard Sri Abdul Majid, holding brief of Sri Sayed Saif Ullah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K. Madheshiya, learned AGA for the State.

¶2None present for the respondent.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 25.10.2021 in Case Crime No. 519 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 132 of 2023 has been filed on 07.10.2022 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
