Petitioner, who is working as Child Welfare Officer, wants transfer from the district Etah to district Hathras as petitioner's husband is working in district Hathras as Marketing Inspector in the department of Food and Civil Supply. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already made representation to the authority on 20th June, 2023 and the reminder thereof made on 5th October, 2023. It is submitted that representation is required to be considered in the light of the relevant provisions as contained under the transfer policy dated 7th June, 2023. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event petitioner makes fresh representation to be considered by the respondent authority strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the respondent concerned within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made as directed hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned respondent in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks.
