¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order of transfer on the ground of she being a contractual employee under the National Health Mission Scheme cannot be transferred and submits that the controversy is no more res integra in the light of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.12725 of 2023, Hemant Kumar Pandey and 5 others vs. State of U.P. and 3 others.

¶3Accordingly, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ A No.12725 of 2023. Impugned transfer order and the relieving order dated
