¶1Heard Mohd. Javed Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mohd. Atif, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.4 as well learned Standing Counsel for State respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the petitioners are major and performed their Nikah according to free will but the respondent no.4, who is father of petitioner no.1 is interfering in the peaceful life of the petitioners.

¶3Mohd. Atif, learned counsel for respondent no.4 has placed before this Court, the High School Certificate of petitioner no.1 according to which date of birth of petitioner no.1 is 04.06.2006, therefore, the petitioner no.1 (girl) is minor (17 years and 5 months old).

¶4Considering the fact that the petitioner no.1 is minor, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
