¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

2.This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the authorities concerned to ensure and provide the possession over the land on lease dated 12.11.1996 to the petitioners at the earliest in the interest of justice within stipulated time, fixed by this Ho'ble Court; ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the authorities concerned to decide the representation dated

01.03.2023 of the petitioner pending before them. [filed as Annexure No.2 to this writ petition]."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has contended that from the application filed at page 19 by the petitioners, it appears that the land of the petitioners has been encroached by certain private persons. It appears that there is a dispute of the petitioners with the private respondents and the writ petitioner is not maintainable for such relief.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
