¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2/Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) District Maharajganj to decide the Case No.RST/1100/2023 Computerize Case No.D202305470001100 (Bajrangi Vs. Gaon Sabha), arising out under Section 67(5), U.P. Revenue Code-2006, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties pending before him in the interest of justice."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not party in the proceedings before the trial court and as such the writ petition is not maintainable.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
