¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The instant petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a Writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to finalize and set aside the representation dated 26.07.2023 as well as reminder later dated 05.08.2023 (as Annexure No.-01) of the petitioner which is pending before the respondent no.2.

ii) It is further prayed that the work of dispossess or any illegal act is done by respndent no.4, 5 and is stop till the final disposal of the representation letter dated 26.07.2023 as well as reminder later dated 05.08.2023 (as Annexure No.-01) of the petitioner which is pending before the respondent no.2."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that from the perusal of representation, it appears that petitioner has a dispute with private respondents and therefore, no such writ can be issued, as prayed by the petitioner, to settle the dispute with private respondents.

¶3In view of the above, this Court is inclined to interfere with the matter.
