2.This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 25.08.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Manjhanpur, Kaushambi (Annexure-5) passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Kaushambi."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned which has been passed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, petitioner has a remedy of appeal as well as second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
