Case No. 74 of 2021 (State vs. Hridyanand), arising out of Case Crime No. 7 of 2019, under Section 16 (1) U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station Bankata, District Deoria, pending in the Court of Special Judge Gangster Act, Deoria, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
