No. 33 of 2014 (State vs. Dharmendra and others), under Sections 304, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Mahnazpur, District Azamgarh, pending in the Court of Additional Session Judge, Azamgarh, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of ten months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
