¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This writ petition is reported to be beyond time by 563 days and this Court on a previous occasion directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a supplementary affidavit explaining the delay/latches.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no fresh order has been passed, under these circumstances, there is no proper explanation for delay and in this background seeks dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed, at this stage with liberty to file a petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.
