Judgment
Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18603 of 2023 Petitioner :- Km. Reena Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Damodar Singh,Devendra Vikram Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Vakalatnama filed by Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 04.10.2023 on the ground that just two months ago he has been transferred on
29.08.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the transfer order can be justified on administrative grounds, nor in public interest. Per contra it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that it is the transfer within the district and petitioner could not have any difficulty whether he is asked to discharge duties in one office or other office. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and their arguments raised across the bar, since the petitioner has been transferred within the district, therefore, I decline to interfere in the transfer order, however, if she raises her grievance regarding harassment being meeting out to her within two months' time of previous transfer order which was passed on 29.08.2023, by making representation, if so advised, within a period of four weeks along with the certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of two weeks in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 6.11.2023 IrfanUddin High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
