He seeks liberty to file a fresh petition. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty to file a fresh petition impugning the order dated 20.5.2023, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court no.16, Meerut in Civil Appeal No.52 of 2011 within ten days from today. Certified copy of the documents on record shall be returned to the petitioner as per rules after retaining photostat copies thereof.
