¶1By the order impugned dated 14.07.2023, recognition has been granted to the Committee of Management headed by Sri Mahavir Singh as President and Sri Vinod Kumar as Manager, however, the Court finds that the elected body has not been impleaded as respondent in the present writ petition.
¶2Sri N.L. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
