When the matter was last listed, the case was adjourned to enable the counsel for the petitioners to file an amendment application for correcting description of the parties arrayed in this petition. No amendment application is on the file of this Court. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue suitable order, direction, directing the Additional Civil Judge (J.D). Bansgaon, Gorakhpur to decide the Original Suit No. 737 of 2018 (Jawashar Vs. Hira and others), within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble court." It appears that a suit was filed by the respondent no.2 against the respondent no.1 and others bearing O.S. No. 737 of 2018 in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bansgaon district Gorakhpur seeking permanent injunction with regard to the suit property. The suit was apparently filed on 25.5.2018 and notices were issued on the same day. I have perused the order sheet. No such direction can be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case and this petition is dismissed.
