¶3Earlier recovery certificate was issued against the petitioner on

25.08.2023 and it was followed by another recovery certificate dated 16.09.2023.

¶4Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department states that both the recovery certificates have been withdrawn.

¶5The writ petition vis-a-vis the prayer for the quashing of the recovery certificate is thus dismissed.

¶6However, the Electricity Department may provide the correct amended electricity bill to the petitioner. This exercise of providing the electricity bill would be completed within a period of one month from today.
