¶1By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Consolidation Officer, Ramnagar Bhadsara-I, District-Jaunpur, respondent no.2 be directed to decide the Restoration Application dated 30.5.2023, being Case No.तज0/1809+2334+2338 (State Vs. Pakhandi) under Section 9A (2) of UPCH Act, within stipulated period.

¶2This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Consolidation Officer, Ramnagar Bhadsara-I, District-Jaunpur, respondent no.2, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration application expeditiously, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt.
