Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the revisionist as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This criminal revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 7.4.2023 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khurja, Bulandshahar in Complaint Case No. 1154 of 2017(Dinesh Saini vs. Devendra Saini) by which discharge application of the revisionist was rejected. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press the aforesaid criminal revision and the purpose of his client would suffice, if a direction may be given to the court below to decide the bail application within specific time frame. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that if the revisionist surrenders and applies for bail within three weeks from today, the Courts below may decide the bail application of the revisionist expeditiously in the light of guidelines laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773. For the period of three weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the revisionist in the aforesaid case. With the above directions, criminal revision is disposed of.
