According to the petitioner, Gram Panchayat Bhawan was being constructed over Arazi No. 895 area 0.129 hectare, situate at Sorasar, Post Fazulahpur, Tehsil-Sadar, District Mau. However, the construction has been stopped for the reasons best known to the authorities concerned. Considering the nature of the relief, the petitioner is required to approach the respondent No. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, District Mau, and in turn the respondent no. 2 will take appropriate actions.
