Instructions filed today be kept on record. The instant writ petition was filed on the basis of the fact that the recovery was being made without any basis. Today, learned counsel for the Electricity Department has placed before the Court the final assessment order dated 8.12.2022. A copy of the final assessment order has also been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since now we find that the demand was being made on the basis of the final assessment order, no interference is warranted. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
